Customer Service Seminar: Turn Service into Sales!
The Greater Franklin Chamber of Commerce and The Wake Forest Area Chamber of Commerce are partnering to offer a customer service seminar workshop to local businesses throughout the Wake and Franklin County area. This lively and interactive 2-hour workshop (9 to 11 AM and 1 to 3 PM) is designed to motivate employees with proven methods to improve customer service and help employees make positive changes that will stimulate company growth. Learn from David K. Aaker, keynote presenter at the Midwest Association of Chamber Executives and lead instructor at the Institute of Organizational Leadership sponsored by the US Chamber of Commerce. David will be offering (2) 2-hour sessions on October 30 and attendees can choose which session they want to attend. Studies show that 86% of customers will purchase again from a business that provides a positive customer service experience. Furthermore, individuals that receive a strong customer service will recommend that same business 11 times more than those that do not receive a positive customer service experience. This seminar is geared toward all businesses especially those in hospitality, municipal government, banking, and retail. Sponsorship will be available for each session with some sponsorship providing exposure at both seminars.
